A very pink themed...beauty wishlist

Tangle Teezer

I want to try and grow my hair out a bit so I've been trying everything I can to not damage it, and I've heard that these inventions are better than a normal hairbrush in that they cause less breakages. So this is top of my shopping list right now, any hair growth tips you may know are also very welcome!

Benefit Fake Up

I'm constantly looking for the perfect concealer for under my eyes and I don't think I've ever found THE one, this one looks interesting because it has a moisturising ring...oooh

Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blush

I've never tried anything by Daniel Sandler so I'm really curious about this fluid blusher, it's oil free and I can imagine it would be really easy to blend. Also the colour is pretty!

Peel off Nail Polish

I am very unsure as to how good it would be to have your nail polish peel off, but I'm intrigued and I also hate removing nail polish so I really want to give this a go!

Nice gal Nasty Gal...

Hello! How are you?

 I LOVE Nasty Gal and have scrolled through the pages for a good few years now admiring all their beautiful clothes but never bought anything! But I was doing a bit of dissertation avoidance (a.k.a. online window shopping) and I found out they have included a conversion into GBP on the website so getting an estimate of prices is easier and also shipping from the US isn't as expensive as I thought it would be. (Around a fiver!) So it's safe to say I have a new obsession! Here is my wishlist so far...

Christmas gift guide | for girly friends!

I had an email telling me about the Christmas gift blogger challenge which gives you the chance £35 of either Topshop, Asos, Amazon, Boohoo or Jolie box vouchers! You just have to find gift ideas under £35 and send your entry to comp@giftsvouchers.co.uk. 

I wanted to start doing some gift guide posts on the run up to Christmas anyway so this is a great way to start it off :) 

So this is my guide to buying girly gifts for friends!

1. Accessorize bunny slippers - £16

These are so cute! And they would make a perfect present as winter is far from over after Christmas, there is still a few months left of harsh cold in England where these will be desperately needed!

2. Wah book of nails - £9.99

This is perfect if you have a friend obsessed with their nails! It has 25 amazing ideas and step by step instructions of how to achieve amazing nails.

3. Benefit skincare kit - £10

I bought this for myself recently and loved it! It would make such a lovely gift for girls, and it's such a good price!

4. Soap and Glory Kohl set - £18

I'm so excited that Soap and Glory have got makeup kits out for Christmas! This one contains waterproof eyeliners and also some eyeshadows in a cute little tin.

5. Fearne Cotton hand care kit - £8

You all know I'm a massive Fearne fan, and have posted before about her makeup range here, this little hand care kit is a perfect wintery present and it's a great price. Especially if you're buying for more than one friend, you can take advantage of Boot's 3 for 2 offer!

October Faves

I should be using this time to write my essay on the representation of homosexuality in British TV drama but instead I'm going to postpone that to give you all my October favourites! Oops naughty...

I LOVE autumn and everything that comes with it, although I feel I am getting excited for Christmas way too early this year :/ Me and my friends (including Sophie!) snuck upstairs at a Halloween party last week to listen (and drunkenly sing along) to Christmas songs! 

I actually can't wait!

Anyway back to October, here are a few things I was loving over the month...

Topshop Jumper

I bought this a while back and you can see here, and I have been wearing this so much this month, it goes with everything, it's so soft, and I love the colour and the marled look.

 Liz Earle bronzer

I got this as a freebie when I subscribed to Look magazine along with a lip gloss and the cleanse and polish, which was amazing! It's such a nice colour and it's such a good quality product. I've been wearing it every single day and I love it!

 Michael Kors Rose Gold Watch

My boyfriend bought this for me in September when he came into a bit of money because he knew that I wanted it for ages and ages and he's lovely! I cannot even explain how much I love it, I wear it every day even if I'm not doing anything. It goes so well with my pyjamas! 

Topshop Bobble HatI was really ill at the start of October with the flu and so when I was on the mend I treated myself to this hat to prevent further illness, protect me from the cold and because it's really pretty!

Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel

As you all know this is a limited edition so as soon as it was released again I snapped it up! It's such a lovely smell, if you haven't already go and sniff it, I've already used this whole bottle :( so I'll have to pick up another one asap!

 Burts Bees Miracle salve

It's getting so cold now and I always have the same old problem every year, cold chapped sore old lady hands. So I've been keeping this in my bag to put on whenever they start to get dry and it really works to keep them soft.

Ipod

Bit of a different one to finish off! I recently started using my ipod again and I've rediscovered my love for it! I used to listen to music on my iphone but it drains the battery, and to have my whole music libary on there really takes up space. So I whipped this out, charged it up, updated the songs and I love it. 

Fave blogger: Spider leg lashes

I've recently discovered her blog and love it, she does such good beauty reviews and also has really nice taste in fashion! Her blog is great so go take a look :)
